Wake up, grab coffee and take a meditative walk in our on-campus hiking trails. Then, head to “class”, whatever that means for you. Throughout the day, connect with colleagues or peers on some of the most relaxing, picturesque greens and scenes this area has to offer. Then, return to your private space to decompress, only to look forward to doing it all again the next day.

Whatever you choose or need — an exclusive escape from everyday life, or a daytime retreat with easy evening excursions — there’s just something about coming back to college that amplifies the experience.

The Surrey-Williamson Inn
While this offers a more typical inn experience, it’s certainly far from your traditional venue. Built over 100 years ago and rich in antique styling, it’s a hidden gem offering a historic Saratoga Springs experience without the hustle and bustle of being in the center of downtown.
Residence Halls*
With eight different traditional residence halls on campus, we can offer single, double or even triple rooms for your guests.
*Only available for guests during the summer months.
Residence halls include:
- Suite-style living, four to eight guests sharing a common bathroom
- Lounge areas
- Kitchenettes of varying sizes
- Twin extra-long beds
Apartments*
The Northwoods Village – A variety of three or four-bedroom loft or garden-style apartments with shared living and dining spaces and either one and a half or two bathrooms.
Sussman Village – A variety of four or five-bedroom townhomes with shared living and dining spaces and two bathrooms.
*Only available for guests during the summer months.
Apartments include:
- Full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, sink, stove/oven (dishwashers in Northwoods)
- Fully furnished living rooms, dining areas
- Fully furnished, private bedrooms with individual keycard access and either twin or full-sized beds
